Thank you so much Dondi 🙏 💕 If it looks funny, it might motivate me to try this technique just for fun 🥰 I wonder if this could also help with TMJ issues? 🤔 My physical therapist once showed me a similar technique for TMJ but without the use of a spoon, only massaging the cheek. If it helps the TMJ, that is even better. Have a blessed weekend 😊
